The problem is the law. It's consistent with the law. The law is outrageous and it conflicts with 8 U.S. Code § 1325 which makes it a crime to sneak into the U.S. However, as soon as they are charged with that, they cry "asylum" in an attempt to get around the law. That's the problem.

We are so overcriminalized. This is NOT what the founders intended when they made this nation. It used to be that farmers would gather in Congress. Now we have FULL time, LIFETIME, professional legislators. Their only job is too legislate. So they legislate - even when it's unnecessary. And very rarely is anything taken off of the books.

I'm not wanting to exploit anyone, I'm hoping everything works out for them and if that means they come here, considering we do need workers in this country then they can prosper here with the rest of us.
