Lib insanity over arrests of illegal aliens is getting worse. Someone is going to die

Arresting people who haven't committed crimes on technical violations isn't enforcing the law.

If the ATF acted towards Ammosexuals the way that ICE acts towards immigrants (documented and undocumented alike), you'd be screaming bloody murder.

(Or if you were honest, you'd be screaming, "But, but, but... I'M WHITE!!!!")
If they are gettin arrested the are Criminals & Gang members and terrorists and Visa Overstayers and slated for deportation / Previously Deported …

Nope.

Mississippi man and green card holder who has been in the United States for over a decade was detained at what was supposed to be a routine immigration appointment, throwing his family's life into turmoil, according to an account from his wife.

Kasper Eriksen, a Danish national, traveled to Memphis for what he thought be the final interview in his application for U.S. citizenship on April 15, 2025.

The 31-year-old welder, who has lived legally in the United States since 2013, was taken into custody due to what the family described as a paperwork discrepancy dating back to 2015.

He has since been held at the LaSalle Detention Center, an Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility in Jena, Louisiana.

Here's another one.

3-year-old was among those arrested during route checks at the Immigration and Customs Enforcement office in San Francisco on Wednesday.

At least 15 people, including young children, were taken into custody, according to immigration rights advocates.

Newsweek has contacted the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for comment.

Why It Matters

Several of the detainees, including parents and young children, spent the night at the ICE field office at 630 Sansome Street, according to Priya Patel, a supervising attorney with the California Collaborative for Immigrant Justice. Advocates reported that the group included at least four children and consisted of residents from San Francisco, Contra Costa, and San Mateo counties.

If they are here illegally, then ICE arresting them is the legal and appropriate thing to do.

insurrectionist traitor ! the PEOPLE voted for immigration laws to be enforced last Nov !

Leftists are being made to own their bullshit.

There is no question the leftards are violent mobs.

According to the leftards, violent mobs taking over government buildings and impeding government functions are by definition insurrections.

Therefore, we will now see leftards being charged with insurrection.

And they're gonna howl like hell and say it ain't so.

But y'know what? Fuck 'em. Throw their sorry asses in jail and make them stay there for a while.

The mobs are growing and the civil disobedience is getting more violent each week

Its time to arrest the protestors for obstruction of justice and send some of them to federal prison

Simple solution:
The gov't has to come to it's senses and come to the conclusion that public protests makes no sense in the digital age where everyone has a voice and can keep protests strictly just online and any public community protest needs to be deemed unlawful violating the rights of the community by breaking laws regarding illegal hinderance and unlawfully keeping people against their will as well as a violation in preventing emergency vehicles through, unlawful gathering without permits, vandalism and assaults, violence intimidation, threats and sometimes obstruction like in this case obstruction of the immigration laws . SEND SUCH A BILL THROUGH CONGRESS to ban public protests and watch what dems do and use THAT reaction against them as being their strategy to sabotage administrations (paid protests= Treason).

Does Trump exhibit xenophobic tendencies? If so, why did he marry a foreign wife? That seems illogical. Trump doesn't seem to benefit from immigrants, which might explain his anti-immigration stance. Without benefits or relationships, he may feel less inclined to support immigration. Elon Musk just learned this lesson from Trump. No more relationships! lol. :)

👉 Donald Trump’s stance on immigration is strongly anti-immigration in terms of enforcement and policy, though it is distinct from a simple dislike of immigrants as individuals. His administration’s actions and rhetoric have focused on strict immigration control, REDUCING BOTH LEGAL AND ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION, and aggressively pursuing deportations.

Reasons and Evidence for Trump’s Anti-Immigration Policies

Aggressive Deportation Campaign: Trump has promised to carry out the largest deportation operation in American history, aiming to remove millions of undocumented immigrants, including those without criminal records. This involves expanding ICE’s authority and resources to conduct raids nationwide, even in sanctuary cities 37.

Restricting Asylum and Refugee Access: His administration has implemented near-total bans on asylum access at the southern border, paused refugee admissions, and fast-tracked deportations without due process, severely limiting protections for asylum seekers and refugees 16.

Border Militarization and Closure: Trump has declared the southern border an “invasion” and made border security a military priority, deploying troops and building physical barriers to prevent crossings 45.

Ending Birthright Citizenship and Limiting Legal Immigration: He has sought to end birthright citizenship for children born to undocumented parents and to eliminate or reduce various visa categories and humanitarian protections like Temporary Protected Status (TPS) 53.

Expanding Immigration Enforcement: Trump’s policies include deputizing local and state law enforcement to enforce federal immigration laws, increasing detention capacity, and using expedited removal processes that raise due process concerns 37.

👉 Motivations and Ideology

Trump’s immigration agenda is tied to a broader nationalist and security-focused ideology, emphasizing strict border control, reducing immigration levels, and prioritizing American citizens’ interests as he defines them.

Critics argue that many policies reflect xenophobic and anti-immigrant sentiments, aiming to marginalize immigrant communities and restrict their rights 37.

Supporters claim these measures are necessary to uphold the rule of law, protect jobs, and ensure national security.

Summary

Trump’s immigration policies are clearly anti-immigration in the sense of harsh enforcement and restrictive measures. While he does not express personal animosity toward all immigrants, his administration’s actions have targeted immigrant communities aggressively, limiting legal pathways and increasing deportations, driven by a political agenda focused on immigration reduction and border security 1357.

You really are a dumbass, this is 100% not a surprise. This is the fruit of the Trump tree, what a klutz! You reap what you sow you asshole, you voted for this, remember?

:auiqs.jpg:

I’m here in the US legally. I have not committed any violent crimes either. The people being stopped have committed a crime by being here illegally and committing violent crimes on top of that.

You lose rights when you commit violent crimes and violate immigration laws.

You never lose the right of due process.

I think we need to do a case-by-case basis.

The problem with your Orange Fuhrer is that he isn't going after people without Visas. Those fuckers know how to hide from ICE.

He's going after people who got Visas in good faith, complied with the procedures to maintain themselves in good standing, but he sends out his jackboots to arrest them anyway.
so the gang members and criminals all have visas eh ? take your emotional CCP propaganda elsewhere ..

Word salad. Trump's hitmen are going after the low hanging law abiding fruit, while the criminals are easily hiding.
they've locked up thousands of violent criminals and gang members .. that's why the left is only pointing out a handful of people swept up in the arrests ..

Buddy. THe property destruction of the lefty riots was huge. Especially if you compare to the ONE republcian riot, which is 5 years and counting.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

Next time one of you lefties whines about a food or job desert, I will laugh my ass off.
Liar.

Your proposed solution is why we have the 2nd Amendment. Put it into action, and the result will be violent protests instead of peaceful ones.
