I think you mean first amendment, but you are wrong, there is no violation of your rights to gather (*online) & protest (*ONLINE) and free speech, only public nuisance and the laws broken I stated. FACT: YOU CAN'T take the rights of others away and violate those rights to claim your rights, that's a double negative.
People have the right to safety, and passage without people who have no legal right to detain them and block them.
