The law states: “Classroom instruction by school personnel or third parties on sexual orientation or gender identity may not occur in kindergarten through grade 3 or in a manner that is not age appropriate or developmentally appropriate for students in accordance with state standards.” Parents would be able to sue districts over violations.

Gay children do not have a voice or a voice for themselves as a voice for the unborn. Gays are gay from childhood and it would be nice if parents could recognize it early to raise a normal gay adult with a place in society. Parents need to be educated about the signs early in their child's life and they alone should get responsible. Talk to your children about alternative gender and raise a well-adjusted adult. Want your child to learn by being bullied by other children who are recognizing them and you don't want them to know who they are? Children need to know it is ok for them to have those feelings they do not understand.
