It’s how I learned. I started with a minimum wage job in high school. I busted my ass, showed up early, stayed late if they needed me to, never complained and within 3 months my salary was bumped 20%.
I went to college at night to get a business degree and landed sales rep jobs at Fortune 50 companies which quadrupled my income plus a company car. Then I switched to commission sales and broke $100,000 a year.
I opened a brokerage account at 28, added to it slowly and now at 72, I earn plenty by option trading. I can buy what I want, travel where I want and took up golf, photography and riding lessons.
Not once did I ever wait for some union or government to raise minimum wage.
