You don’t have the first clue on how corporate governance works. Only shareholders can vote add a shareholders meeting. Members of the general public cannot. And what the shareholders are voting for is is who sits on the Board of Directors.

Yesterday I showed Republicans that Trump doubled the number of companies who now pay no taxes. Most of the Republicans here said they approve. Because companies will only shift the costs on to us. And rich people they say already pay 90% of the taxes. So it seems middle class Republicans are okay with the rich shifting the tax burden more onto them.
