Impeachment of a president doesn't work and so it indicates a failure of the system.

And on top of that failure is the fact that the system forbids any recourse to justice through the courts and the law that applies to all the president's subjects.

It was intended to be an improvement over the British system in which the monarch was immune to justice. But it ended up making the situation even worse!

At least England stripped away the king's power and made him symbolic.

America made their president king much more powerful, to the point of the pres being able to shoot a citizen dead on Main street, without consequences.

Also, if the democrats want to replace Biden before the election in November, it will probably be through the 25th amendment based on the president being no longer able to execute his duties not impeachment.
