Sure did. But the interview had the sole intent of trying to set him up. A clear violation of the law. An interview conducted without due cause is not a valid interview thus you can't be guilty of lying during it. The FBI documentation showed they already knew they had no evidence against Flynn and were trying to get him set up. Even have notes stating this.
