The plan is to eject the bad/dangerous/lawless people first and that has been what Homan's ICE has been doing for the most part. Yes, some folks get caught up in that who wouldn't be considered bad/dangerous/lawless but that's the way the mop flops. If they weren't associating with such folks, they likely would be much further down on the list for deportation.

Finding people who don't want to be found takes time and effort and doesn't usually result in huge numbers being arrested.

It isn't helping when unethical woke judges overstep their oath of office and jurisdiction and issue injunctions to prevent ICE agents from doing their jobs.

It isn't helping that woke mayors and governors are protecting the illegals and making it as difficult as they can for ICE agents to do their jobs. They pretend that was deliberate by an evil administration or whatever. But illegal is illegal and if you're associating with those who are on the A list for deportation, you take your chances. And sometimes you get arrested and deported too.

ICE has warrants to go after illegal aliens with criminal records outside of hopping the fence. Holman said when he goes after these miscreants, sometimes illegal-alien fence jumpers may be rounded up if they are there. After all, they are here illegally which is a crime.
