I think the treatment should be prorated against the amount of toilet paper they have at home. Anything over a prepackaged twelve pack gets in-field treatment only. Anything over 48 rolls is left to die with no treatment at all. Anything over 100 rolls should have induced heart attacks and be left to die.

To me, the beds, rooms, and gurnies should be for whoever ends up needing them first. These places are hospitals, not hotels, therefore, reservations can not be made for any reason whatsoever.
