Convention on the Rights of the Child

Article 21 states that adoption in another country may be considered as an alternative way of caring for a child if the child cannot be fostered or placed with a family that could provide for his upbringing or adoption, and if the provision of any suitable care in the country of origin child is impossible

Thus, this principle not only allows, but also stimulates the export of children to other countries, including this replenishes the traffic for pedophiles, and orphanages are forced to give up children.

This was especially tragic in Ukraine.

this seems to be the main reason why this document was adopted at all. It was lobbied by pedophiles, and everything else that is written there is just a cover for this loophole.

This is also a loophole to cover up the last tranche of children from eastern Ukraine. Putin and Lvova are accused of illegally taking children out of another country. If there really were criminal acts, they can easily cover it up with a convention on the rights of children, because that is exactly what it recommends.

Child trafficking has taken on incredible proportions, it must be in the millions or tens of millions. It is so terrible that the mind refuses to believe it.

Children could get not only to pedophiles, but also to cannibals or sadists.
