So, Elon takes loans against this value ands uses those loans as income. Like, the Trump family does, but on much more solid ground than the Trump family's and corporations' decades of fraud.. And , oh looky there, no income tax required. The classic way the rich game the system.

The government contracts -- domestic and especially foreign -- are why Elon Musk is the richest man in the world.

The Falson 9 and Dragon system is the most reliable space rocket and craft in the world, and it is economical to launch then anything NASA and anyone else can currently do.
