A house like that here would be around 60k. Prolly have a yard and a garage.

San Francisco's Mayor gave the high techs a tax break and the wealthy took over.. tearing down the low income housing to build high rises.. He made a major problem ,and they then built homes for the teachers and people to clean up after the rich folk.

I bought my home in a doctor, attorney type neighborhood back in 1991.in the south bay. we now have the mega rich buying nice homes in my neighbored and tearing them down for mansions..Trophy wife's with big lips now walk their dogs around ..lol ..
