Most of what you present are a combination of perception bias and personal growth bias/exclusions. (That you don't capitalize Trump while doing so for Obama and Biden shows your bias, which leans strong to the Left). Same would apply with Obama who is infamous for claiming there were 58 States in America.

Those of us who have experience in public speaking (or drama) understand how 'alone' on a stage/platform and speaking to a crowd (dozens to hundreds to thousands) understand how easily one can loose their place going through their notes or have memory lapses (or forget your lines). "Stage Fright" comes in many forms and conditions, most first notice this in grade school when having to get up in front of the classroom and recite something to their peers.*

A main point you miss here, and many anal Leftist do also, is focus on details, a mis-spoken word/phrase for example, as a distraction from the larger matter of issues, policies, and actions/agendas.
