Actually, many realize this. It is rather obvious to those of us that think for ourselves. When you say you are going to hire someone because they are a black person or because they are a woman, that is no different then saying you are going to hire someone because they are white or a man. The left does the former out in the open. You can argue that the right does the latter under the table(I would disagree) but even if that is the case, how is it any better when the left does it?
