This going after lawyers is getting out of hand. Letting violent criminals slide and going after someone that wants them to face the consequences is ass backwards. This is not justice. It is an attack on justice and it is nothing but political.
The episode centers around Sponsel’s suspension, which was handed down by the State Bar of Arizona’s disciplinary judge Margaret Downie and a hearing panel. The decision, detailed in a 71-page document, cites various reasons for the suspension, mainly focusing on Sponsel’s decision to prosecute individuals involved in an Antifa riot that occurred in downtown Phoenix on October 17, 2020.

Well it wasn't that she decided to prosecute them so much as it was she decided to prosecute them with gang crimes me thinks. State bars don't strike me as being very "woke" and usually prosecutors can do whatever they want, so she must have really gone over the top to even get sanctioned, let alone suspended.
