Without a phone call transcript, we won't know with 100% whether bribery occurred or not in President Trump's phone call to Ukraine.
But if it turns out Trump used military aid as a bargaining tool to get Joe Biden investigated, this law professor says:
The Constitution provides for impeachment in cases of “treason, bribery or other high crimes and misdemeanors.” Trump’s alleged attempt to strongarm Ukraine into smearing a political opponent fits well within this framework. Using the office of the president for personal political benefit comports with both the standard understandings of bribery and the broader category of high crimes and misdemeanors.

Bribery is a deeply pernicious form of public corruption, and legal standards spelling out the offense often define it as a quid pro quo — that is, where both sides exchange something of value.
Opinion | Under the Constitution, Trump's Ukraine call is grounds for impeachment

"But if"...

Well, we KNOW Biden did it, because we have him admitting it on video...

So, according to your post, Biden could actually be impeached before even being sworn in (assuming the idiot could actually win the election)...

One cannot be impeached without taking office, moron. Plus Biden didn't target his political rival, and Obama was the President.
And no, your "funny" rating can't get Biden impeached either.

So you don't think Biden's actions (if true) should preclude him from ever becoming President?

Opinions are like assholes. Everyone has one.

Another load of horse shit brought to you by whiny little lefty loon shits.

Since when are the discussions between two world leaders amount to grounds for impeachment?

The Dims are desperate and reaching for the faintest of things they can find.

It's all a joke. But not one to laugh at. :9:

Trump has done a lot that could get him impeached but it always comes down to republicans not caring about any of it. They have sent Trump the message loud and clear that he is to be considered above the law.

hahahahahahahahahahahhahahaha
The opinion of a law professor. Plus you give good ratings to the opinion of USMB nicknames who love Trump.
By the way, is bribery impeachable? You didn't say.

Well reportedly some are saying that an unnamed source close to the White House heard it directly from a source close to an unnamed member of the staff, who overheard a conversation reportedly, that Trump secretly tortures kittens in the White House Basement. ... Our panel of experts will discuss this at length over the next 4 days.

bidens video is bullshit and manufactured rage. he was simply acting in behalf of what our and other govs wanted. if there is a direct link to his doing it for his son, provide it.

that said, this is bullshit too:

Rush of House Democrats call for Trump impeachment probe | Daily Mail Online

we have no idea what trump said yet here we go, impeach trump, take 1038. no need to figure out who this "anonymous" source is or how the "whistleblower" got his "dirt" yet we must proceed on anything we can to go after trump.

so fucking sick and tired of the children we have on both sides running this shitshow.

I heard the real reason Trump cages babies at the border is so he can tenderize them like veal before eating them.

With all of these allegations of wrongdoing, where are the articles of impeachment?

Congress has the responsibility of oversight and it’s up to The House to start the process. At what point does prudence get interpreted as political posturing. If the Democratic Party is that concerned with protecting the Constitution, than now is the time for action. Delays based on what could happen in the 2020 election is a callow excuse for not doing your job.

Trump isn't denying it.
