Latin Kings gang member accused of vandalizing FBI vehicle, stealing government property in Minneapolis

I most certainly have.

How many do you want?
No you posted a link. You have not stated why you, yourself, the one using pknopp claims it is unconstitutional.
But hey you are confused so if you want you can just let it sit.

Odd, the judge notes in the article why it is. I have to repeat it?

(but defend it all you want)

You do not have to do anything. Look I get it you are doing whatever you are told. No problem. I am only defending the law. But hey you do crazy all you want

If you were defending the law you wouldn't question the article I posted.

Exactly why is that? You do realize that judges are human and can make bad calls? You do realize that some judgements have been overturned at higher courts? Or maybe in your confused state you are unaware of those things.

Not busting doors down without a warrant has long been a cornerstone of our system.

You do realize that I was only defending the law in that it is unlawful to interfere with a federal officer in the course of doing their duty.
The police were doing that with the so called no knock law.
But I am not defending anything that was done. I am defending the law as written. Mistakes can be made. People make them all the time. But if you want to claim that one of thousands creates a significant constitutional problem we could also claim that one person stealing from a store creates a nation wide crisis.

Except you weren't. It's nothing I've even discussed.

How many other examples do you need? This wasn't a mistake.

Except you were. You posted a post of Homan saying they were creating a database of people that were obstructing I.C.E. I commented that obstructing a federal officer was in fact illegal. After that you went off on your crazy.
Really out of how many thousands or millions you could bring up what? A half dozen?
As I said mistakes happen, attempting to make it into it happens constantly is crazy to say the least

I didn't post that.

That's also not what he said.

They aren't mistakes. Even first day law enforcement agents know you can't just bust into a house.

You mean someone else posted post number 4 in this thread using your handle? Sorry but you just lost credibility.
Look I get it you have been told that I.C.E. Is bad and you are determined to parrot it. If they were handed or told there was a warrant for the guy they would have done exactly what they did. Have you never heard of someone being arrested because the police thought they were the suspect? Have you never heard of the police breaking into the wrong house before?
I get it you have never in your life made a mistake nor acted on information you were given that was not correct. But the rest us humans do make mistakes. But considering you lied about not posting post number 4 I consider you to be far from perfect, and as such not even close to any kind of authority

Hate to bring this up but interfering with a federal officer in the performance of of their duty is not a constitutional right. In fact it is against the law. Which means you can be arrested.
Interference is against the law, but that has a specific definition. Observing (following) them is not interference. Telling them how disgusting their behavior is is not interference.

Blocking them. Attempting to break their hold on someone and other such things certainly are.
