If the U.N. was really the humanitarian organization it should be, they would have already found a homeland for the Palestinian people and helped them relocate well away from the Israelis. That would relieve Israel from the burden of having to supply necessities to 5+ million people who want to kill all Israelis and the Palestinians would not have any false narrative of the Israelis 'committing genocide' on the Palestinian people.
After 77 years of that situation, it seems reasonable that the U.N. needs to do something different to resolve the situation. If the Iranians need cash, maybe they could buy a chunk of the northernmost part of Iran for a homeland for all the Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank who would be willing to be relocated. That would give the Palestinians as much access to the sea as they have now, but they would be far removed from Israel.
Any Palestinians who chose not to relocate would be on their own with Israel having no legal responsibility for them.
Harsh? Unfeasible? Unfair you say? Well what is not harsh, untenable, unfair about the situation that now exists for both countries?
