For my birthday last year we went home (to Houston) to see Hamilton. Of course it was extraordinary. We had a pre-theater meat at Kiran's on Richmond. Excellent Indian food in huge portions. The mint lemonade is worth the trip in and of itself. This year I was hoping to go to this place called Georgia James. We probably won't make it but wow!!!!

I'm tempted to try it in the kitchen. The thing is that there is a lot of smoke when you do this... The smell will stick around for a while. Maybe not optimal.
