And no one wants a fascist for president , at least not here in the US. Far too many strikes against him and he picked another liar and cheat as a VP pick.

The D's held the House, Senate and the Presidency for almost 2 years post Roe being overturned. Why didnt they pass a law then? Both sides have on many occasions since 1973 held both houses of Congress and the Presidency. Neither party has passed a bill either legalizing or making abortion illegal at the federal level. Why does anyone think either one is going to do it now?

Harris is behind by 7 points in OH, 8.4 in FL, and 6 in Tx. In 2020 Trump was up 1 in OH, won by 8. Biden was up 1 in FL, Trump won by 4. In Tx Trump up by 1, won by 6. I dont think those states are on the table.

I have had a copy of the Constitution since my days in the Air Force during the Vietnam War sonny. I have read it many times. trump has shown nothing but contempt for the Constitution , even saying he'd do away with it. That's exactly what dictators do. He has NEVER worked within the framework of the law. Why else would a person have thousands of lawsuits against them. Doesn't take a genius to figure that out , but simpletons like you can't seem to grasp that simple , obvious fact.

Maybe people in those states realize that a federal law concerning abortion isnt coming from either side. The person running for the D's was in office post Roe being overturned and had both houses of Congress. Why didnt they pass a law then? Trump was in office and had both house's of Congress. If he were intent on outlawing abortion at the federal level why wouldnt he have done it then?

Yet he abided by every court decision and the spirit of those decisions. Unlike xiden and harris that bragged about trying to find work arounds on the SCOTUS decisions telling them they didn't have the authority on student loan forgiveness.
