Ladies and gentlemen, I give you the left.

Exactly what does it say about it?

Read Article 1 , Section 1
Congress has the power to raise revenue and decide how that revenue is spent.

They also have the power to invoke Income Taxes

Lol at the entire left calling for higher taxes. Cheapest people on this earth are leftists. No one more frugal with their dollar. Trust me.

They can ALL PAY MORE TAXES if they want. Again, another issue in a long line of issues where they are all pathetic virtue signaling gasbags.

In fact ALL OF THEM take tax cuts whenever and wherever they can. Have to see these cheap typical pieces of dung at my club.

Cheapest and also biggest complainers. I am in Palm Beach County. You know what lives down here. It's all true. Don't believe it? Go ahead live down here and find out.

We are calling for a repeal of Trumps unwise tax cuts on business and wealthy Americans
We will keep the tax cuts on working Americans

Taxation is the price we pay to live in a civilized society…….Oliver Wendell Holmes

Then who do I talk to about a refund?

Because we don't live in any kind of civilized society.
(At least not outside my immediate AO; I control everything here, but that's a rather small area.)

Our founders supported the rights of the common man.
A concept opposed by conservatives of the day and opposed by them today
Our founders would not call poor people parasites
The Founding Fathers were mostly middle to upper class in economic terms applied to their time period and they supported "All men ... created Equal (in opportunity) ... with inalienable Rights to Life, Liberty, and pursuit of Happiness."

Originally that was to be "Property" not "pursuit of Happiness", but two objections were raised.
1) Not all the Colonists were property/land owners, many were renters and the Founders didn't want to exclude or discriminate against such.
2) Slaves were considered "property" and the Founders hesitated to have a document that endorsed slavery. Hence the wording change to "pursuit of Happiness". The term "happiness" not having the more hedonistic application many use today.

On that note, a little over two years ago, I proposed to my local(county) Republican Party (Whatcom County Republican Party ~ WCRP) that we adopt the term "Prosperity" on our branding and "merchandise" (yard signs, campaign material, t-shirts and hats, etc.) to effect, our current motto;
Life ~ Liberty ~ Prosperity

"Prosperity" encompassing rights to have property and it's use in creating wealth, most of which should be kept/retained by those whom make such.

The Founders knew and understood that not all will work as hard, smart, or even as lucky as others, but that the State should impose no constraints or limitations upon all men to do and retain as much as they can, hence "equal opportunity"(equality), but not "equal results"(equity). Results will naturally vary based upon effort and investment, etc.

As I pointed out earlier and you failed to grasp it seems, "conservatives" of that time/"day" tended to support the British Crown and it's class systems and favoritisms for certain citizens over others. This is the agenda and goal of the Leftist/Socialist-Communist/Statist faction in our current USA society; whom seek to use the growing power of the Central State Government to divide the citizens and choose more entitled classes over others and penalize the more productive and efficient citizens to provide for those whom either can't work as well or chose not to work at all.

It is the Conservatives of today's USA whom are pro-business, pro-profit, pro-prosperity, and pro economic growth, with equal opportunity for all to do as much or little as they choose with corresponding results. It is the Leftist/psuedo-Liberals whom want to further this nation's economic decline and increase our social divisions and disharmony.

Neither our Founders nor I would call "poor people" parasites. In any economic system, there is stratification of wealth and income and by terms and definitions, those on the lower end will be classed as "poor". What you and too many fail to recognize or acknowledge is there are those whom are poor for lack of knowledge~skills~ambition to reach their full potential, and there are those whom are "poor" largely for lack of effort, just don't want to work smarter, or work at all.

Those "whom are "poor" largely for lack of effort, just don't want to work smarter, or work at all" could be considered "parasites". However, the even worse class of "parasites" are those whom have made a career out of looting the national treasury and scamming off the wealth creating public and citizens. This is where, IMO, many career politicians can be seen as parasites. Check the Wiki bio pages for them and you will see that the Clinton's, Obama's, and Biden's, have almost no wealth creation in their professional/career backgrounds, but a huge parasite living off the wealth of others qualification.

Final note. If you want to see the face of the sort whom are the real and clear present danger to our Nation's Principles and Future, the face of the real enemy of the Constitution and Republic and our nation, ...
... just go look in the mirror!

Obviously you never owned a business, nor passed a course in real economics.
1) One has to create Wealth for there to be wealth that can be redistributed.
2) Taxes on a business are another cost/expense added to the price of the goods and/or services they provide, and hence get passed on to the customer/consumer.

What would be a better solution is for guv'mints to cut spending to bare essentials mandated by Law and reduce incurring deficit and debt.

Not true

If a business could charge more for their good or service, they already would. The market determines what you can charge

Taxes are on your net profit.
