Imagine if unions had stayed as strong as they were in the 50s and 60s. NATFA and the other trade deals never pass, and much of our manufacturing base might still be active. To say nothing of the harm caused by unemployment and poverty.

Yet unions generated a strong middle class with good incomes and job protections. Far better situation than we have today, where workers have low incomes and no job protections.

Don't buy a car made on a Monday or a Friday.
Apparently you don’t know the big three are still under contract with the UAW today, just as they were decades ago. Do you refuse to buy their cars today, if built on a Monday or Friday?

All the cars I bought recently were built by non-UAW workers.

Ah, it's not about patriotism. The little Toddster will get even more pissed when the UAW strike VW in Tennessee. He hates the entire notion of paying anyone a fair day's wage for a fair day's work. That's just "communism" or something

He stuck on Reagan’s failed trickle down economics.

Can’t fix stupid.
