Then why single out the NRA?
and the "conflict of interest" is disingenuous at best, even the city of LA isn't claiming that is why, [what would the conflict be with the NRA?]...
...but, going forward we [America] could let the ACLU make the case for the NRA by having any companies that have or have had ties to the ACLU disclose this before awarding contracts, my guess is the ACLU would not think it a good idea and be in court faster than a liberal with an excuse....
