This is a classic case of malicious prosecution...it's the very embodiment of it.

The prosecutor went forward with a case he knew he couldn't win. He has been at odds with every state witness on the stand. He can't prove any of it and even the misdemeanor weapons charge is also Shakey.

There was testimony yesterday under oath that the photographer was worried about the prosecutor trying to get him to change his testimony to something it really wasn't...

This is punishment by the process...there's no reason this case should have gone forward. Kyle needs to sue and win!
