A dude who just got out of the mental hospital had every right to be there?

Was he illegally armed? That is one strike against Rittenhouse. But the reality is that no one should have been. First, one does not follow from the other. Second, whether or not anyone else was there illegally would have no bearing on whether or not Rittenhouse was there illegally.

The Kid did nothing wrong worth mentioning. It doesn't matter that he was 17 and shot the violent criminals trying to kill him. It's a mute point---a misdeamor unlike what the violent criminals were trying to do to him and had done to others.

I know you still have not watch the video because have you watched it, you would know that there was a first gun shot from a small-caliber weapon, then you hear Kyle's .223, then more small-caliber gunfire.

It's questionable as to whether he was the initial aggressor at all.

It's clear he is trying to run away from somebody trying to get him.

The pedo had a very large chain that he was trying to brain Kyle with, so yeah, that IS attempted murder. Kyle heard a shot immediately behind him, so he turned and saw the pedo in close proximity. It is logical to assume the shot came from the obviously violent person TRYING TO CATCH YOU! So Kyle shot him. Self defense, no question.

Huber first tried to stomp Kyles head while he was lying on the ground, then he tried to brain Kyle with his skateboard, if you think that you can't get killed by a skateboard then you are a fool, then he tried to take Kyles gun, that is when Kyle shot him. Once again, self defense.

grosskreutz first backed up, then tried to get around Kyle to place his pistol against Kyles head (very clear in the videos) and Kyle shoots him in the arm. Once again self defense.

You have to be intellectually dishonest to watch the videos and claim that Kyle is an active shooter.

No. You don’t. All you have to do is imagine yourself in a very fast moving volatile situation where shots have been fired and some is yelling active shooter. I watched the videos. I saw Grosskreutz backing off when he was shot by an inexperienced scared kid.

That's the beginning of the slippery slope to fascism and anarchy with guns.

Other nations prevent that from happening by holding to laws that prevent vigilantes from killing with impunity.

With the Chauvin murder it was prevented just in time but there will be many more attempts such as this one, until the bar is lowered on white citizens murdering with impunity.

It has nothing to do with Race. TRhe people he shot were white.

The only threat of fascism we face comes from the left.

I think the worst Rittenhouse will be unjustly punished with is possibly (and not certain) illegal possession of a firearm.

Lots of them, Arson, felony vandalism, assault with a deadly weapon, and inciting to riot with felonious assault intended, and brandishing and firing of a firearm in attempted murder.

The judge has said that he was probably legally armed as the law is unclear...and would love to make a ruling on that to that effect.

It shows Kyle running away, and then turning to shoot the pedo running towards him. So, yeah, the prosecution lied.
