I don’t call him a murderer. That implies premeditation. But reckless homicide? Absolutely. He was illegally armed, in a situation where he was over his head, with a high powered firearm, and he handled badly. IMO the police should be sued for incompetence in allowing him to be there.

The 17 year old kid was running away from a man he just killed and someone yelled “hey he just shot somebody” so he and others tried to stop him. His prior felonies had nothing to do with it, it was an action any number of people would have taken to attempt to stop a shooter. He didn’t deserve anything. It was simply a bad situation for both Rittenhouse and Huber because in that case, Huber was trying to stop a perceived shooter and Rittenhouse was scared shitless of the mob he attracted after shooting Rosenbaum. NO ONE “deserved’ to die.


What real crime did Rosenbaum commit that night? Huber? Grosskreutz?

They were 100% the aggressors. The audio indicates that someone else fired the initial shot, and someone fired additional shots from a small caliber weapon after Rittenhouse shot.

He was armed with a large piece of chain. So you are wrong. No, I am saying that his prior history is evidence of a violent person intent on committing violence. Kyle was avoiding confrontation. There is much video that has been presented in the opening statements that shows Kyle avoiding confrontation.

It shows the opposite for the dead guys. grosskreutz put his hands up, then circled around to try and get behind Kyle. He was raising his pistol towards Kyle when Kyle shot him.
