The issue of course …..as always has been the left portraying the guy as a father and a bulls fan …..forget about his controversies though including his own wife calling the cops for domestic violence.First, he isn't a human trafficker. This is the issue. He is innocent until proven guilty.
So its good to see the Trump administration do the right thing (even though many said it would never happen) to get his day in court.
If he is found guilty he should go to prison and deported after his sentence is served.
Um he already had a deportation hearing in 2019Due process is required or you’re advocating fascism.
After which he wasn’t deported. If his status changed, there has to be a hearing.Um he already had a deportation hearing in 2019
So? The deportation order was still valid and still isAfter which he wasn’t deported. If his status changed, there has to be a hearing.
There was no deportation order. He had an order of protection preventing him from being sent to El Salvador, which Trump violated. So? The deportation order was still valid and still is
how’s his status changed? He’s not become legal all the sudden
Haha yes there was in 2019There was no deportation order. He had an order of protection preventing him from being sent to El Salvador, which Trump violated.
MAGA lies. If I’m lying, why is a MD judge ordering his return?Haha yes there was in 2019

Correct the deport order is still there, he’s still an illegalHis status hadn’t changed.
The ICE railroaded him, while you cheered.
No rule of law, no due process. And a President determined to use the affair as a test to defy the Supreme Court.
And you cheered.
Now you sing right out of the other side of your mouth.
Correct the deport order is still there, he’s still an illegal
Yes, yes he is. Take it up with the immigration court that found he was. Actually, he admitted it.Actually, no, he isn't.
He has a legal right to stay because he is married to a US Citizen. This is why Trump is so keen to convict him of something, anything, to save face.
The immigration court found that he could not be deported.Yes, yes he is. Take it up with the immigration court that found he was. Actually, he admitted it.
No, they said he was deportable to anywhere but El Salavador, because of legit threats of his rival gang. But deportable anywhere else. That order still exist. The immigration court found that he could not be deported.
And being married to an American citizen, he has a right to residency.

The Trump admin can do one of three things now
1) prosecute him for the indictments, then deport him.
2) deport him to a third country (right now)
3) or go back to the immigration court and highlight the threat no longer exist, and deport him back to his home.
I think you are.Actually, you are confused.
He's married to a US citizen. Trump has to legally get a conviction in order to deport him and deny him residency.
No third country is going to take him, and the fact that El Salvador threw him into the nastiest prison they could find deflates the argument he wouldn't be in peril if returned there.
So Trump's only path forward is to hope he can get a conviction on the bogus human trafficking charge. But more likely, he just hopes to drag this thing out for years to make it go away.
