When did he try to impeach a President over infidelity? It's no more of an impeachable offense than asking another leader for a favor or holding a rally. You need to read the US Constitution. An impeachable offense is being guilty of a misdemeanor which perjury is.

well one, he didn't try to impeach the President....the President was impeached, by the House...not Ken Starr, they based their impeachment on the crimes, and recommendation of indictment by Starr. Not the fact the President had an affair.

actually 15 people were convicted of 40 crimes due to Whitewater…including the then Governor of Arkansas who had to resign.
