Ken Paxton announces voter fraud charges against county judge, and 5 others.

"Texas Attorney General Announces Vote Fraud and ‘Harvesting’ Charges
A county judge, two City Council members and a former county election administrator are among Ken Paxton’s targets as he elevates his “election integrity” accusations to criminality.

A half-dozen people, including a county judge, two City Council members and a former county election administrator, were indicted in Texas on Wednesday for “vote harvesting” and tampering with evidence, elevating Attorney General Ken Paxton’s charges of voter fraud by mostly Latino Democrats to a criminal level.

The charges surprised Latino voting rights activists, who had insisted that a series of law enforcement raids on political operatives and voting organizers, some who were in their 70s and 80s, appeared to have been political. The raids last August by Mr. Paxton’s office were part of a sprawling voter fraud inquiry in Latino enclaves near San Antonio and in South Texas, conducted by Mr. Paxton’s “election integrity unit.”

At the time, the League of United Latin American Citizens, one of the nation’s oldest Latino civil rights organizations, said that officers conducting the raids took cellphones, computers and documents. An 87-year-old retired educator described heavily armed officers barging into her home and taking personal items."

The NYT is crying so hard, they must be Democrats. I don't think election fraud has an age limit.
blame the messenger. lol

Also COL. Two horrible looking criminals. One working in USPS funneling ballots?

A former U.S. Postal Service employee from Mesa County, Colorado, has admitted to stealing and fraudulently casting mail-in ballots during the 2024 presidential election.

Vicki Stuart, 64, entered a guilty plea on May 5 to charges of identity theft and forgery.

The charges stem from a scheme in which Stuart, along with her associate, Sally Jane Maxedon, intercepted mail-in ballots intended for voters, forged signatures, and submitted them as legitimate votes.

The duo claimed their actions were intended to test the state’s signature verification system.

dude, that happened everywhere, and why we know 2020 was stolen.

Not trying to to deflect from it. You are a strange OCD creature aren't you.
If you mean I am not going to allow democrat fraud to be swept under the rug, maybe. I learned well from the democrat establishment of the past six years. Are you trying to say that OCD is the reciprocal of TDS?

No I am saying focus back to the topic. I was just adding some color about the area as I am somewhat familiar.

They are charged with vote harvesting. I look forward to seeing what is alleged as I am not certain what that entails. One was also charged with evidence tampering.
Its interesting that it wasn't the County DA.

Has Paxton done a single thing specifically for Texas that wasn't intended to endear himself to trump?
That was a big plus for Texas

I can understand, as someone that hates America, like you dems do, why you think it's odd.
Sorry Not interested in dealing with crazies right now. Try later.

If there is one fraudulent vote, it is disenfranchisement. Are you suddenly in favor of disenfranchising voters? Say it ain't so.
One vote doesn't register on the gauge. That one fraudster does deserve punishment, but it's nothing to cause your knotted panties. Come back when you have proof of enough to effect an election.

You're the only on yapping about "widespread" fraud in connection with these arrests. Lame attempt at deflection.
Magas constantly whine that they think there was enough fraud to change an election. Are you ready to back off that silly conspiracy theory

You just don't get it.

Your job is NOT to make Trump look bad. Or to make MAGA look bad.

Democrat popularity ratings will continue to be in the toilet as long as this keeps up.
Trump and maga are making themselves look bad all by themselves. You're just too stupid to see that.

Really? Because it sounds to me you already decided.

"Paxton is just another maga cult member desperately trying to find the next thing to please his orange cult leader. Doing what is best for Texas takes back seat to doing what is best for maga."
Silly for you think I already decided their guilt based on what I said. The courts will make that decision. Doesn't matter to trump if they are guilty or innocent. Coverage of the charges is enough to keep his cult riled for up today. Something else tomorrow. Paxton filing charges pleased trump.

That's interesting. You should probably bring that up on on the 18,798 Magas suck threads that you guys have.

This thread is about a county judge, two City Council members and a former county election administrator being indicted for voter fraud.

Can we put you down as believing this is a good thing that these people have been caught and indicted for voter fraud?

Why does it have to be widespread for you to care?

How do you know it isn't widespread?
A few votes are fraudulent in any election involving millions of people. Always have been--always will be. No where near enough to sway the outcome. i know there has been no proof of widespread fraud. You've been looking for it for years.
