And so continues conservatives' obsession with Hillary Clinton -- a woman who not only lost the election to be POTUS but who also holds no public office and who for the most part isn't using her celebrity in anything like the way celebrities typically do to be "in your face." If conservatives didn't periodically rejoin in lambasting Clinton or Obama, neither of whom today hold public office or have a role in public policy making, they'd, apparently, have less than half as many topics to discuss or rebuttals to offer. Take away their specious "whataboutism"/tu quoque conclusions, relative privation, unsubstantiated declarations, and false equivalencies, they'd truly rival a church mouse's quietude.

White House counselor Kellyanne Conway laughed off Hillary Clinton’s comments that white married women felt pressured by the men in their lives to vote for President Trump....“Stop pretending you’re a feminist, you’re for equality, you’re for fairness to women, and then running around accusing us of checking with our husbands and our significant others before we vote,” Conway said.

What did Conway say that demonstrated the inaccuracy -- partial or complete -- of Clinton's claim? Nothing. All she did was assail Clinton's character, and even there she didn't offer a shred of evidence to show her charge of infidelity is accurate, to say nothing of offering objectively incontrovertible evidence to that effect.

Of the nature and legitimacy of her remarks about Clinton, particularly vis-a-vis Clinton's statement, Conway knows well what too many conservatives do not -- that Conway's comment was merely "red meat," not something that holds water, or that even attempts to.
