Doesn't Kasich realize that the scam is illegal? The government isn't authorized to pay a billion dollars from the treasury to insurance companies. Anybody with a brain realizes that Obamacare was a poorly written monstrosity that is imploding while premiums have doubled and the deductible is out of sight. It's strange that democrats and assorted left wing rabble were whining about corporate welfare a year ago and now they are whining that insurance companies aren't being funded by the government.

It is imploding because Republicans are doing everything they can do implode it. Whether it is illegal, or not was yet to be determined. One lower court judge does not make it illegal.
