I've seen reports of a name, but don't want to spread it as often, as early reports get it wrong. But, the name is of a guy that lives in Utah, is around 25-30, and is White looking with a strangely Arabic name. I looked up his LinkedIn profile, which is still up. I am not sure and don't want to be the person spreading false reports. The death penalty most certainly DOES prevent crime. A criminal in the grave or locked into Death Row is unable to commit any more crimes. I agree that the death penalty doesn’t DETER other crimes because criminals never believe they will be caught.

No one aims at necks. At 200 yards a head shot is practical for any decent shooter, bit it’s more likely that the shooter was aiming for center of mass and missed high due to shooting downhill.

There are, however , people who know who committed this crime against humanity and democracy.

There are plenty of people willing to hunt down this fool right in the local area. A bigger reward would be needed if they think he left the immediate area. If he's contained in Utah County, there are a lot of people right on the scene with firearms, cages, whatever it takes to bring him into custody right on the scene.

The reward can be certainly raised if it becomes a national or international posse.
