I don't know who this guy is, I'd never heard of him before, but he went out there and pushed for the same thing half this forum does. Whenever there's a high profile gun murder, they will come and defend guns to the last. Starting with "now is not the right time to talk about this" and probably ending with "guns don't kill people, people do" and talking about how it's a mental health problem without talking about how we need to spend more money on mental health.

What Kirk said wasn't spur of the moment, it's the same thing that gets said ALL THE TIME by people on the right.

Now all of a sudden one of their own gets killed by it, and they're suddenly all unhappy about it.

No one aims at necks. At 200 yards a head shot is practical for any decent shooter, bit it’s more likely that the shooter was aiming for center of mass and missed high due to shooting downhill.
