Wow I finally saw the unedited video. That's the most blood I've ever seen from a shooting in my life. That cat was dead before he fell out of the chair.

That is what I've been trying to tell people for hours.

Never mind that it may have damaged his esophagus or spinal column, it most assuredly hit the artery that takes the blood from the heart right where part branches upward (the carotid) to feed blood to the brain, and all the rest going into the aorta feeding the rest of the body below.

His heart literally pumped out the blood until it stopped beating.

Worse, you can't put enough blood back in the body fast enough to keep him alive long enough to even try to to address the wound in the neck to stop the bleeding before he would die of the bleeding.

That shot was as deadly as a direct shot to the brain or the heart. I give Charlie between 0-1 seconds before he lost consciousness, and about 2 seconds before he was dead.

He died right there in that chair.

However, the need for a resolution can sometimes push innocent people into the guilty position.
