Yes or no question..Here, I'll say it again, you're wrong.

Do you think the bill allowed up to 4999 immigrants into the country a day?
So what's the problem?Never said it did.
You tell me.So what's the problem?
Did your forget already? You tell me.

Yes.Is a private citizen pressuring congress wrong?
Private citizens pressure congress all the time on all types of comprehensive legislation. Threats of withholding donations and support are the norm. You need to quit passing on dem talking points as fact and think for yourself.Yes.
Do you think an unelected citizen should be dictating law to Congress using the threat of being primaried as a weapon?
Fair point but that doesn't mean I like it and to be honest I have never been a fan of lobbyists either.Private citizens pressure congress all the time on all types of comprehensive legislation. Here's a comment from Byron York and it's hits the nail on the head for 'the most comprehensive border legislation'.That an unelected citizen (Trump) pressured Congress to kill the most comprehensive border legislation in decades.
Me neither, but it's a first amendment right to lobby.Fair point but that doesn't mean I like it and to be honest I have never been a fan of lobbyists either.

It was a common Washington brouhaha. One party sees political advantage in drafting a bill that will never become law, written for the purpose of embarrassing the other party, and then attacks the other party for voting against it.
Agreed.Me neither, but it's a first amendment right to lobby.
How do you know His view wasn't sought out? It really doesn't matter, as I said it wouldn't have passed either way.If their was no chance of it becoming law, why did Trump bother to intercede?
