Well, the fact is, RvW isn't in the Constitution. So, that means it gets decided by the Supreme Court. And, it is disingenuine for either side to say that the Supreme Court was right one time and not the other. So, we had like 40 years of it one way so now, to be fair, we can have it 40 years of the other way. If it was a right in the first place then it would be in the Constitution. So, it was never really a right.

It never needed to be a right before because before Roe V. Wade, people were just getting abortions and nothing was done to them.

Roe fixed the problem of unworkable laws that everyone was disobeying.
