States across the country are adopting Constitutional amendments that basically take all restrictions away
At the same time, democrats convince people that they have lost their abortion rights so they should vote for Kamala to save them, even though abortion numbers have increased since the Dobbs decision
Simply incredible as they have their cake and eat it too.
Sorry, but most people in a civilized society don’t believe in giving a woman carte blanche authority to kill a baby, most certainly not beyond the point of viability.

I think you are a bit confused, so let me help you out.
Roe v. Wade DID allow for some restrictions on late-trimester abortions. But those restrictions were completely nullified by the companion decision, Doe v. Boland, which allowed for abortion at any time based on the woman's health. Doe was issued the same day as Roe, so they knew exactly what they were doing.
“I’m not gonna engage in hypotheticals because we could go on a variety of scenarios,” she said. “Let’s just start with a fundamental fact, a basic freedom has been taken from the women of America: the freedom to make decisions about their own body. And that cannot be negotiable, which is that we need to put back in the protections of Roe v Wade. And that is it.”
She in no way said she supports babies being killed on tables.
But, she couldn't even say she's against killing babies on tables, deflecting from the question. Is that really so hard to say? Why couldn't she roll her eyes and emphatically say she is against killing babies on tables and that that characterization is stupid? Instead she deflects.

So why do people like you support dumb ass women who have their 2nd or more abortions?
FACTS are 45% of abortions are done by dumb ass women who don't use protection i.e. birth control or condoms!
I favor abortion for health of woman, rape and under age 30 for their first time.
For nearly a quarter (24%), it was their second abortion. For 11% of women who had an abortion that year, it was their third, and for 8% it was their fourth or more....But with 45% of all abortions being the 2nd or more most of these women and men are truly irresponsible !
Background: Updated information about abortion patients who have had a prior abortion could inform patient-centered practices that help women avoid unintended pregnancies in the future. Materials and Methods: Data come from a national sample of ...
pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov
There should be some type of community service regarding life saving aspects... like if a woman and known male were having 2nd or more abortion they should be found guilty of some type of death related community service of say 100 hours. Thus helping them become more aware of birth pills, condoms, i.e. protection and ultimately the responsibility of having unprotected sex!

Well, the fact is, RvW isn't in the Constitution. So, that means it gets decided by the Supreme Court. And, it is disingenuine for either side to say that the Supreme Court was right one time and not the other. So, we had like 40 years of it one way so now, to be fair, we can have it 40 years of the other way. If it was a right in the first place then it would be in the Constitution. So, it was never really a right.
