Any deal will include the total disarming of Hamas, and the surrender of their leadership to Jewish officials in Jerusalem for trial and punishment (if found guilty) for their war crimes- which YOU have admitted to.

While we are at it Isreali war criminals can be investigated and tried too.

All above board where we all can see... Really, the world doesn't think a Isreali court would be trusted to be open and honest on everything concerning Hamas or Isreali suspects... We wouldn't like for the court to look biased would we...

As a bonus we could actually pressure Qutar to hand over the Hamas Leadership too especially if Isreali leadership will be subject to the same process..

ICC does some great work in a limited capacity.

I don't think America see were it does a lot of work investigating crimes in other places in the world..

ICC has tried to investigate actions from all sides in the Isreal Palestine conflict.
Lets be honest, The latest death toll stands at 41664 Palestinians and 1139 people killed in Israel since October 7. 134 journalists and media workers.

Isreal don't want investigations, the world sees a death toll like this and is asking questions. BTW Hamas don't want them either.

The ICC needs the countries of the world to back them... They are a great organisation and can be better is more support.


As for the UN... I think people expect way too much from the UN. It is a place were agreements can made and disputes possibly sorted. It isn't a magically place were everything can suddenly be fixed. It has bunch of countries we are never going to agree with much but we have a place to talk and possibly see both sides, it is that, if still want to kill each other after that, UN can't do much.

The UN peacekeepers are incredible BTW... They are highly professional in many cases and have a very hard job working under strict mandates. I have met a fair few and it takes a special type of courage to go between two war factions to stop them in a country that is not even yours so you can protect innocent people..
