Kamala Harris tried to prevent a man on death row from using a DNA test to prove his innocence

This is really despicable.

And then there’s Kevin Cooper, the death row inmate whose trial was infected by racism and corruption. He sought advanced DNA testing to prove his innocence, but Ms. Harris opposed it. (After The New York Times’s exposé of the case went viral, she reversed her position.)

How is it despicable? She was a prosecutor. It was her job. Do you think she is the only one who would try and quash evidence in an appeal? They all do it.

There is more than enough dirt on her to finish her career. Why get outraged over something that has been going on since the discovery of DNA?

A prosecutors job should be to uphold the law. Not find someone guilty no matter what and no matter how that is necessary.

Yes, that is how most prosecutors operate and it has helped lead to the protests and cities burning.

Harris is the very person people are protesting over.

Of course Kamasutra Harris is despicable.

Otherwise she would not have been selected as the Democrats' choice for Vice President.

That's how the Rats like their politicians.

Maybe learn what Prosecutors do and how they do it before chiming in?

It leads to getting bad guys off the streets.

It's despicable because she knew that she was sending an innocent person to death row.

Her job is to seek justice again the GUILTY not try to prevent the innocent from proving their innocence. The prosecutors who do that are part of the problem with our justice system.

EVERY JOB should require integrity and honesty. Neither of which prevent you from being successful

You didn't counter anything I said. It's pretty typical though. When faced with facts that someone is perhaps not guilty you don't try and hide those facts. You support the law.
