Federal laws trump states
Not laws on the booksCONSTITUTION trumps federal laws.
Why do whites like you ask dumb questions like this? There is no comparison, moron. Did Harris run an openly racist campaign?
Now, if Minister Farrakhan ran an openly anti-white racist campaign and 83 percent of blacks voted for him, then you could ask that question. But Harris ran an inclusive campaign that included the likes of Dick Cheney.
54 percent of Hispanic people did not vote for Trump. Stop pretending that the smaller number means something.
You said she had no DL. That doesn't answer my question.Already addressed.
Or do nothing as her voters registration card is legal.
Yes, yes it is, and having voter ID law in place would fallNo, nothing of rhe sort. Constitution is clear.
It won't be enough if voter id laws are passed nationwide.
My mother in law is 87. She quit driving so her drivers license expired. What this would do is force her to go through additional steps to do what she has been legally permitted to do for decades.
You are a rarity. Only 5 states have implemented laws requiring proof of citizenshipI proved I was a citizen when I registered to vote.
Shoot, I live in a state that if you are already in the system, you can get your License or an ID taken care of using an app on your phone. Hell, it even works for every license or permit you have with the state including hunting licenses or just a photo ID if that is what you require.
However, my state has always required you present a driver's license or state photo ID every time you go to vote (as long as I have been voting anyway), so that's nothing new around here.
How do they know who is behind the telephone?
Give everyone one when they register. Why do you suppose it isn't done?

Crystal clear: "but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators"No, nothing of rhe sort. Constitution is clear.
You go through a verification process when you accept the app.
And a simple state photo ID is free of charge at any time, plus we have motor-voter and you can register to vote with the proper paperwork at the DMV.
Perhaps it has more to do with the idea we would rather get things done properly than make excuses not to.![]()
Take it up with whatever state you believe this is happening in.
Republicans have tried. It happens in many states. If the feds are going to accept votes from these states, they need to abide by certain rules. This is one that should be implemented.
You don’t care if people who should not be voting are able to vote and refuse to close any loopholes. You are entitled to your own opinion, no matter how illogical it is.
Investigation after investigation. Audit after audit. Lawsuit after lawsuit.
Next to nothing.
Should I be worried about our pets getting eaten also?
I registered legally.

So do we, and it's not that hard.
And to vote legally here, you have to have a driver's license or a state issued photo ID, and it still isn't hard.
If that is what they gave you when you registered, great.
