Justice Dept. Said To Have More Evidence Of Possible Trump Obstruction At Mar-a-Lago

No, Rigby, he does not. He will be charged. He will be convicted. Whether he goes to prison, I do not know. But I do know either you are nuts literally or you are deliberately lying.

You are a classic example of Trump Devotion Syndrome.

Justice Dept. said to have more evidence of possible Trump obstruction at Mar-a-Lago

The new details highlight the degree to which special counsel Jack Smith’s investigation into the potential mishandling of hundreds of classified national security papers at Trump’s Florida home and private club has come to focus on the obstruction elements of the case — whether the former president took or directed actions to impede government efforts to collect all the sensitive records.

The emphasis on obstruction marks a key distinction so far between the Mar-a-Lago investigation and a separate Justice Department probe into how a much smaller number of classified documents ended up in an insecure office of President Biden’s, as well as his Delaware home. The Trump investigation is much further along than the Biden probe, which began in November and is being overseen by a different special counsel, Robert K. Hur. Biden’s lawyers say they have quickly handed over all classified documents found in Biden’s possession.

The Trump investigation team has spent much of its time focusing on events that happened after Trump’s advisers received a subpoena in May demanding the return of all documents with classified markings, the people familiar with the matter said. Smith is trying to determine if Trump or others mishandled national security documents, and if there is enough evidence to ask a grand jury to charge him with obstructing the investigation.

The Mar-a-Lago investigation is one of four separate criminal probes involving Trump, who is campaigning for another term in the White House. Trump has been indicted by a New York grand jury that heard evidence about money paid to adult-film actress Stormy Daniels during his 2016 presidential campaign. He is set to make his first court appearance in that case Tuesday. He is also being investigated by the Justice Department and a state prosecutor in Georgia over efforts to block Joe Biden’s victory in the 2020 election.

It should be noted this investigation is tainted by the fact Jack Smith is a Chinese pedophile who throws puppies into traffic for fun.
Actually they provided more evidence of DOJ and FBI and IRS obstruction of thr Hunter case because both the raid and this new charade came exactly hours after documents were to be deadline ordered due to be handed over.
That is clear cut intimidation to obstruct and tit for tat revenge tactics that's illegally federally and if they think they are untouchable because they are corrupt then State law can indict them for Obstruction through intimidating a Florida resident involving his Florida location.
So if Desantis was so capable, he would have stepped up, since he didn't he shows he's not ready for prime time snd too scared of the swamp..

Someone drained their pool in Florida?

---"it was all declassified"---

If it was classified it would have been collected back and never delivered by the GSA to the resort- the classified courier can transport classified material, they must receive authorization, if they received declassified authorization then they would have delivered the docs to a secure archive which the feds agreed upon already.
If it wasn't declassified and Truly was an issue they would have brought in and or indicted the GSA people involved, which they haven't even equally applied the law to, because it's not about the docs, it's about intimidating to back off running and the Hunter investigation, and draining the swamp and arresting people involved in the 2016-2020 coup.
Fed law:
436(b)(1) ),2 intimidation as obstruction

18 USC Ch. 73
:Section 1510 obstruction of investigations

Fl Law:
914.22. Intimidation

The laws on classified docs are clear, and they make the raid on Mar-a-lago completely illegal.
President have total and complete legal discretion on all classified docs, even after out of office, (for the docs created while in office).
But but but Democrats don't believe the president has the ability to declassify documents.

Yes, the indictment is in context. The only question is: should Trump be detained in federal custody?
He should be released and any charges should be dropped.

Supposedly the Deep State is trying to nail him for handing the information to our allies, possibly Saudi Arabia. If they are our allies, we should be trying to help them.
