Habba overstepped with this charge against the Congresswoman or against any person doing what she was doing. It will never go to trial, because a jury would never strip a person of their liberty and send a person to prison, for what was shown in that video....

This is bullying by the federal govt.

Also, the congresswoman was there on official business, (of which she did get to do, tour the facility, after this bit of civil unrest).

I'm just trying to be meticulously fair about this. Again I do not like the woman's politics and if she in fact assaulted an ICE officer, she should be arrested and prosecuted. But I am so sick of the lawfare we've endured the past four years and somewhat during eight years of Obama that I do not want us to be guilty of that in any way.
