For those giddy among the MAGA crowd let me put some perspective here on what the government has to prove beyond a reasonable doubt.
-First, they have to prove that posting the numbers 86, 47 actually means what they say it means.
-Second, they have to prove that 86 means assassinate, and not for instance vote out of office
-Third, they need to prove that Comey actually wanted to incite violence with a post he removed the moment the right lost it shit.
As I said this need to be proven beyond a reasonable doubt to an unanimous jury. In other words, not a snowball chance in hell. They'll have a hard time proving the message is meant the way they say, let alone the required intent.
