I have been reading her decisions on areas dealing with Labor....she's a big gov advocate for sure. I am not willing to say that she is stupid however. What I do see is a pollution of her reasoning process by the victimology virus.... As difficult as it may be for a Black Person in this modern society to escape the vestiges of the overworked and ridiculously overused concept of black victimology in modern America it is of utmost importance that a high magistrate absolve themselves from the pettiness of skin pimping in order to be an unbiased arbiter of important constitutional constructs. Unfortunately after reading a large body of her works I don't think she has done this successfully IMO.
Notably she is married to a white man.....I'm not sure what to think of that. I wonder if it was expediency? Her career does have an impressive line up of legal engagements I must say though. They don't necessarily add up to apples and oranges in IM2's little banana chart but I will concede that they should not be ignored either. While being a student of drama early on in her formative years may have helped her with expressiveness it also contributes to the tendency to grandstand. One desirous of the public accolades of the stage performer often becomes addicted to them. Isn't this her main ***** about Trump? Yes I think it is. Her blabberosity index seems to bear that out.
I am going to say that the bulk of relevant Judicial prowess is produced not in the clerking or in the engagement in various legal institutions but rather in the raw, hard experience of the appellate level where no law school can possibly hope to match the rigors of the learning curve therein. Anything that comes before that is somewhat irrelevant IMO. I'll give Kagan a pass on it because she spent a lot of her time as solicitor general in appellate level proceedings.
Finally I think the real measure of unbiassed judicial prudence comes with the Politics test. No SCOTUS judge should belong to any political party as far as I am concerned. In the decisions made it is interesting to note how often they align with the currrent administration's politics. Kagan for instance did an about face on nation wide injunctions.....more or less exposing herself as a political activist and not a true jurist.

Barrett was well known and recognized for her scholarly constitutional lectures as a Professor while at the same time acting at the appellate level. She garnered many nods of approval from both conservative and Liberal justices for that body of work.
Little K is certainly capable of putting more effort into a response....if for no other reason she should have considered not bringing a carnival atmosphere to the high bench with that stupid stunt. It's going to stick to her.....she probably should have thought about that first.

We will not dwell on JUSTICE JACKSON's argument, which is at odds with more than two centuries' worth of precedent, not to mention the Constitution itself. We observe only this: JUSTICE JACKSON decries an imperial Executive while embracing an imperial Judiciary.
