And it would affect us because we would have to pick up the slack. Rural America does exist and right now, votes against it's own interests and well being.

It's a stupid gimmick, that allows hospitals and doctors and labs etc to write off the unreimbursed $43000 in losses on their taxes....is my guess?

It's the same thing with insurance companies negotiated price for procedures, doc visits etc....the bill is the huge $45000, but the insurance pays the negotiated price of $2000
