When you Orange Idiot refers to a prosecutor or a judge as "biased", "deranged" or "racist", or a "hater" simply because they were doing the job assigned to them, it's Triump who looks and sounds "deranged".

Then there are the large number of his followers who have mental health issues, and who have used Trump's verbal attacks as "instructions" as to who to go after and threaten.
