BREAKING: Judge Cannon DENIES Jack Smith’s motion to file documents in Trump docs case ‘under seal’

Too many threads all on the same subject bro. WTF. Just create a magaman Trump news thread to put it all in.
Every sentence from the judges and lawyers doesn't need its own thread ffs

Jack Smith has been getting slapped around all day by the prestigious ethical Judge Eileen Cannon. He's unethical as all get out.

I guess Judge Cannon enjoyed gettin slapped around by the Appeals Court, because this is yet another instance of her incompetence and overt bias to the Defendant in this case.

It is standard Rules of Civil Procedure that all Grand Jury testimony and documents be kept sealed until the trial. Release of the evidence and the list of witnesses prior to the trial is for the protection of the Defendant.

Donald Trump and his lawyers are lying to you about Jack Smith's request, because they know they're going to lose at trial. The evidence is overwhelming, and the prosecution witnesses and whistleblowers are unimpeachable. Even Bill Barr, who wiped his ass with the Constitution on a daily basis when he was Trump's, says "Trump is toast".

Their only hope is to poison the Jury pool with their version of events (See Mueller Investigation Report), so that when the truth comes out at trial, his Cult members will call it all lies from people "out to get Trump". And as always happens with Trump trials, those who speak out against him, will named, shamed, threatened, and possibly attacked. See the arrest this week with a man with serious plans to assinate Joe Biden and Alvin Bragg.

Trump is trying to drag this out and try the case in the Court of Public Opinion, because 30% of Republicans will believe he did nothing wrong, and he's being persecuted by Joe Biden regardless of what happens.

I strongly suspect Trump hopes to be thrown in jail like Roger Stone was for threatening the judge in his case. He's sure going out of his way to call out his supporters to do violence against the prosecutors and judges involved in his trial.

And Trump continues to behave as if we all don't know that the ONLY reason he declared himself a candidate for President in November of 2022, was to prevent the DOJ from indicting him. Trump should have read the DOJ policy memo, which says that the DOJ won't underrtake prosecution of a candidate for office within 6 months of the election.

By declaring so early, Trump actually induced Jack Smith to indict him as quickly as possible, so that the trials will be over with BEFORE the election. Fortunately, Smith had the January 6th interviews, affidavits, and reports which provided the witness list and evidence he needed to proceed.

As always, Trump fucked himself over.

Topic for another thread: How Trump is bankrupting the Republican Party, leave state party associations being run by incompetent Trump loyalists who are using Party funds for fake audits and "stolen election" court cases throughout the swing states, leaving them no money to fund campaigns or candidates in 2024.

All while Trump tells his donors to give him their money, not the Republican Party. Trump's Campaign and PAC have paid out $40 million in legal fees so far this year, and more charges are coming. Both are said to be spending more money than is currently coming in, and we're nowhere near trial yet.
