He may be right. However, he just raises another more critical question, "why are the grand jury transcripts being blocked"? Those are as legitimate a source as one can find as they are not possibly tampered with. These are judicial evidence processes revealed under oath. Anyone could generate a list and shove it in the middle of 1000s of loose files and folders of information to harm a political rival. The grand jury details though, that's direct from the horses mouth with well paid, skilled litigators and judges who delineate between fact and fiction in the light for all to immediately counter where warranted. To me this is a far more credible smoking gun.

There is nothing in the transcripts that have not already been made public with Maxwells statements at her trial. This is why they are the only thing he wants released, so they can match it up with the statements she made to his personal attorney, that got her the sweetheart deal.
