Congress has the power to make election laws. The laws can't be made up by an EO.

No one needs to invent a law saying that only American citizens should be voting in federal elections. And the only way to know your elections are honest is to check ID. Same as no one should need to pass a law that an election being held on election day should not encompass people voting, counting and handing in ballots for a MONTH, especially when whole countries like France count their ballots in 6 hours.

If elections weren't run as total shams by democrats, there'd be no need for an EO.

Actually, in the matter of federal elections, doesn't the Fed hold sway over the States?

And this woman is not president, she is not congress. She's not even the Fed. She is just a tiny district Judge whose sphere of operations is just supposed to be matters affecting the Boston area.

Challenges to the president's authority under the Separation of Powers have to start somewhere and percolate up to the SCOTUS. We should not have a president issuing orders where he doesn't have the power to do so and while politics might be involved, that doesn't mean the judge shouldn't rule according to her interpretation of the law. Regardless of who is in the White House, some challenges should be exercised to make sure he's staying in his lane.

Where does the Constitution give a district judge in Boston the power to supersede a sitting president? It doesn't. Her authority is the Boston area and she doesn't hold power to override a national election, as president, making decisions for the entire country.

If left to stand, that would mean that any one of 600 appointed district judges can at anytime intercede between a president and his elected policies.

Congress appointed her yet she is pretending to have more power than all of Congress.

States have done a damn good job of keeping illegals from voting....States have been doing their own reviews of their voter rolls for the last 10 to 25 years and have found no illegals voting....to just a handful over the 25 years of elections....they could get better by stopping the handful but by no means are our elections a sham or unsafe because of illegals voting.

Yes it does. She is a DISTRICT COURT JUDGE intended to handle matters related to her DISTRICT, not the entire country. Our law never intended that a president must pass muster with the approval of 600 district judges on every matter he acts on. If there is a legality involved, that is what the Congress and SC are there for.

The law requires states to turn over voter rolls to the Fed to review. If state rolls are so squeaky clean then why are several states breaking the law refusing to hand over their lists? Truth of the matter is that blue states never review their voting lists, never take dead people, etc., off lists. You all depend on having tons of invalid names on the rolls so you can use them to cheat.
